Refund Eligibility
ColorFreely offers a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase for all our subscription plans. To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund must be requested within 7 days of your purchase
- Your account must show zero generations used during this period
- The subscription must not have been previously refunded
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for your ColorFreely subscription:
- Contact our support team within the 7-day refund period
- Provide your account email and purchase information
- Explain your reason for requesting the refund
- Wait for confirmation from our support team
Refund Processing
Once your ColorFreely refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor
- You will receive confirmation when the refund is initiated
- The refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Your subscription access will be terminated upon refund
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The 7-day refund period has expired
- You have used any generations during the refund period
- The account shows signs of abuse or violation of terms
- The subscription was obtained through promotional offers
