Refund Eligibility

ColorFreely offers a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase for all our subscription plans. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund must be requested within 7 days of your purchase
  • Your account must show zero generations used during this period
  • The subscription must not have been previously refunded

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your ColorFreely subscription:

  • Contact our support team within the 7-day refund period
  • Provide your account email and purchase information
  • Explain your reason for requesting the refund
  • Wait for confirmation from our support team

Refund Processing

Once your ColorFreely refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor
  • You will receive confirmation when the refund is initiated
  • The refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Your subscription access will be terminated upon refund

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The 7-day refund period has expired
  • You have used any generations during the refund period
  • The account shows signs of abuse or violation of terms
  • The subscription was obtained through promotional offers
